Goal: To give BlueHuki team members access to your Google Ads accounts.

Ideal Outcome: You have full control over who has access to your Google Ads accounts, and have successfully assigned or revoked access to BlueHuki.

Prerequisites or requirements:  You need admin access to your Google Ads Account

Why this is important: If your Google Ads accounts aren’t properly accounted for and managed, you can easily lose track who has access to what.

Where this is done: In the Google Ads platform.

When is this done: Every time you want to grant, request, or revoke access to your Google Ads or Google Ads Manager accounts.

Who does this:  The person responsible for managing access to Google Ads Accounts.

Request Access to a Google Ads Account from a Google Ads Manager Account

  1. Log into your Google Ads Manager account https://ads.google.com
  2. Go to “Sign In” at the top, find the email that is associated with your google ad account. Click the email and google ad account will load.
  3. Go to “Tools and Settings” in the top right corner
  4. Select “Access and Security”

5. Click the “Security” tab. Go to “Allowed Domains”. Enter the domain name of the website. 

6. Then, go to the “Users” tab. Hit the blue + button.

7. Add the email address of the person you want to give access to the account. Provide the Google ads permission as an “Admin Access”.  Hit “Send Invitation”.

8. You will receive an email notification that you have gained access to the account and will need click “Accept Invitation”
