• Urgent and important: Do

  These are tasks that must get done but don’t require your specific skill set.
  
• Not urgent but important: Schedule
  These are tasks with unclear deadlines that contribute to long term success.
  
• Not urgent and not important: Delete
  These are distractions and unnecessary tasks

What is a Pomodoro Tracker?

This tool helps you to stay focused and finished tasks effectively.

• Break down your work into 25 minutes-long intervals
• Write the Start time and set the timer for 25 minutes
• Work until the 25 minutes Pomodoro rings
• Take a short break (5 minutes)
• Keep on working, Pomodoro after Pomodoro, until the task at hand is finished.
• Every 4 Pomodoros take a longer break, (15–30 minutes).
