Heather opened by thanking everyone and reflecting on how quickly internet search is evolving. ChatGPT seemed to appear out of nowhere, yet it’s already influencing leads, website traffic, and how customers choose businesses.
She shared her journey from studying marketing as a young student at MIT, became a scientist and working about a decade in cancer research across India, Japan, Johns Hopkins, and the NIH, and graduated during a hiring freeze that pushed her into sales while raising her son Ethan.
She excelled in medical sales, especially selling Botox and fillers to dermatologists and plastic surgeons who asked her for help promoting their services.
She shares about her family: Baby Bobby, 5 year old Marie, and now 15-year-old Ethan, plus her husband Rob, who is active-duty military nearing retirement. She credits the military spouse community who are 90% of BlueHuki’s team as a major reason for her company’s success.

1. Claim and align your online profiles – especially Bing, since ChatGPT uses its data. Ensure all online listings match.
2. Create readable, structured content– blogs, FAQs, and Q&As that answer real client questions because ChatGPT crawls them just like Google does.
3. Earn credible mentions and backlinks – podcasts, awards, media features, and collaborations.
4. Add schema markup– structured data that helps AI understand your services and offers.
5. Use AI to test your visibility– ask ChatGPT who it recommends in your field and adjust your content gaps.
Heather emphasized that “AI mirrors credibility, it doesn’t create it.” The human touch still wins.
